The official announcement of Ecuador midfielder Moisés Caicedo’s move to Chelsea has been a source of joy for the tricolour’s fans, as well as people linked to football.
The midfielder has received messages of support from colleagues such as Antonio Valencia, Pervis Estupiñán, among others, but also from a coach who worked with him at Independiente del Valle, the Spaniard Miguel Ángel Ramírez.
The tactician, champion of the Copa Sudamericana in 2019 with the Sangolquí and currently in charge of Sporting Gijón in Spain’s second division, shared his congratulations through his social networks.
“Lucky to have been a partner along the way. I love you, my Caice,” Ramírez posted on his official X account.
